Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Cleaner is responsible for cleaning related duties within their assigned location(s) within a residential multi-family setting. - Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Sweep, scrub, mop, wash floors of entrances, laundry rooms
- Pick up of garbage inside and outside of the buildings
- Vacuuming of the hallways
- carpeting, area rugs,



hardwood and vinyl floors
- Shampoo carpets & rugs
- Wipe down appliances inside, out and behind
- Dust furniture, clean all metal fixtures and fittings
- Cleaning of windows, walls, surfaces
- Clean toilets, wash basins, taps, mirrors, tubs and showers
- Clean, mop, disinfect kitchen, polish kitchen fixtures and appliances
- Other related duties as assigned by Regional Manager - Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have experience in cleaning job
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (Class 7 holders are not eligible)
- Must possess a reliable vehicle to use at work
- Must successfully complete a security clearance
- Versatile to work 5 days a week, may include weekends
