- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces
- Carpet cleaning (Spot & Annual)
- Snow clearing
- Window Cleaning
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste management disposal
- Replacing toilet paper and hand towels for common areas
- Change out garbage bins for collection as scheduled
- Cleaning and disinfecting all common paths and surface areas, including washrooms, resident lounge, gym, elevator and study rooms
- Assist in annual cleaning of the parkade
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Experience :
- Previous experience in Apartment complex cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
