ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member who takes pride in their work and thrives in hands-on environments.

This is a versatile, multi-skill position — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, physical work, and the satisfaction of transforming a space. You may be scrubbing construction dust from a brand-new suite in the morning, assembling furniture in the afternoon, and helping arrange a beautifully staged rental unit before an open house.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Post-Construction Cleaning

- Remove construction debris, dust, stickers, and packaging from all surfaces
- Deep-clean floors, windows, tracks, fixtures, appliances, and cabinetry
- Clean bathrooms and kitchens to show-ready or move-in standard
- Wash interior windows, wipe frames, sills, and light fixtures
- Vacuum and mop all floor types — hardwood, tile, carpet, and vinyl
- Work safely around new finishes, paint, and millwork

Furniture Assembly

- Assemble flat-pack and ready-to-assemble furniture (IKEA, CB2, Article, and similar brands)
- Read and follow manufacturer instructions accurately
- Use hand tools and power tools confidently and safely
- Protect floors and walls during assembly and placement
- Identify and report damaged or missing parts

Staging Assistance

- Assist the lead stager in unloading, carrying, and placing furniture and decor




- Arrange rooms according to staging plans and direction
- Handle artwork, mirrors, têxtiles, and accessories with care
- Perform final touch-up cleaning before photography or showings
- Help load and unload staging inventory from a van or trailer

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting (up to 50 lbs) and working on your feet
- Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
- Reliable, punctual, and professional on client properties
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Valid BC driver’s licence an asset
- Previous cleaning, construction, moving, or staging experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
