We’re looking for a Line supervisor who:

- Leads naturally, without needing a title to prove it
- Takes ownership and treats the kitchen like their own
- Notices the small details others miss
- Cares about consistency, systems, and doing things the right way
- Finds joy in building, improving, and growing something over time

This is for someone who gets excited about creating structure, building a strong team, and being part of a brand that’s moving toward expansion and franchising.

What your days will look like:

- Running the kitchen and keeping the energy strong and focused
- Protecting the quality and consistency of every dish
- Helping build smarter systems and SOPs as we grow
- Leading by example; calm, sharp, and dependable
