Duties

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing rapport and understanding their vehicle concerns
- Explain repair and maintenance services clearly, providing detailed estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and schedule repairs efficiently
- Upsell additional services or products that meet customer needs while maintaining integrity
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely
- Maintain detailed records of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle history
- Keep the service area organized and ensure compliance with safety standards

Experience

- Previous experience is highly preferred
- Mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge is an asset, aiding in accurate communication about vehicle repairs
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse client needs professionally
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology enhances effectiveness in advising customers
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
