Job Title: In-Store Locksmith

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Assist and service customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Cut and duplicate residential, commercial, and automotive keys
- Program automotive keys and remotes
- Quote pricing for automotive keys and remotes
- Sell hardware, locks, safes, and related security products
- Provide locksmith services including lock rekeying and basic lock repairs
- Prepare in-store orders and upcoming service jobs
- Answer customer questions and recommend appropriate products or services
- Operate key cutting and locksmith programming equipment accurately
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and general upkeep
- Process customer transactions and complete service documentation as required
- Support inventory organization and restocking of product
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service

Qualifications :

- Previous locksmith,



automotive key programming, hardware retail, or sales experience preferred
- Solid customer service and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and operate locksmith and automotive programming equipment
- Basic computer and cash handling skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment :

- Retail store setting
- Standing for extended periods may be required

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
