The Role: Responsibility & Independence

This position is for an individual who thrives when given a task and the trust to get it done right. You will be a vital part of Superior Soft Wash, entrusted with a company vehicle, trailer, and professional-grade equipment.

Unit Stewardship: You will be responsible for the daily operation and care of your assigned mobile wash unit. This includes maintaining the equipment to our high standards and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for the next job.

All-Weather Performance: We work year-round. You are someone who is prepared to work outdoors through all seasons and maintains a high level of passion for the craft, regardless of the weather.

Professional Representation: While the office manages the routing and scheduling, you are representing the company on-site. You will interact with customers and represent our brand with a professional, "can-do" attitude.

Scope of Work: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lead Technician, your day-to-day involves high-volume, high-quality exterior cleaning. You aren't just spraying water; you are managing chemical ratios and pressure settings to protect various surfaces.

Primary Focus (Fleet Maintenance): The core of our business is the precision washing of transport trucks,



trailers, and corporate vehicle fleets. You will ensure these "rolling billboards" are free of salt, grime, and road film.

Residential Soft-Washing: You will perform professional soft-washing on houses. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to safely handle specialized cleaning solutions to remove organic growth without damaging the property.

Specialized Projects: On a less frequent basis, you will be tasked with high-intensity cleaning for: Heavy Equipment: Degreasing and cleaning construction or industrial machinery.

Commercial Properties: Pressure washing shopping centers, malls, and plazas to maintain curb appeal for our commercial partners.

Compensation & Your Growth Path

We believe in rewarding responsibility. We want someone who wants to grow with the company, and our wage structure reflects that: Starting Range ($22 - $24/hr): Initial training period. You’ll learn our specific soft-wash systems, chemical safety, and master maneuvering the truck and trailer.

Independent Operator ($25 - $27/hr): Once you are fully trained and capable of operating your assigned unit independently—managing the gear, troubleshooting on-site, and delivering "Superior" results with zero supervision.

Lead Technician ($28+ /hr):



For top-performers who show long-term commitment, help train new staff, and maintain a perfect record of equipment care and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For : Valid G License: A clean driving record is a must. You must be comfortable and proficient in driving and maneuvering a truck with a trailer.

Reliability: You are independent and responsible. You don’t need a supervisor standing over your shoulder to ensure a home or truck is spotless.

Mechanical Awareness: You treat the equipment with respect. You understand how the gear works and keep an eye on maintenance so the unit stays in top shape.

Schedule & Availability

This is not your traditional Monday-to-Friday role. Our clients' fleets and equipment are most accessible over PART of the weekend, we prioritize service during those peak windows. We are looking for a dedicated individual who prefers a non-traditional work week.

Status: Part-time employee with Full-time hours (35-40+ per week).
