We’re hiring part-time Power Washing Technicians between May-August 2026 to help service residential and commercial properties across Vancouver. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in visible results, and wants flexible hours with performance-based pay. No prior experience required, full training provided.

What You’ll Be Doing :

- Power washing decks, siding, and fences before painting
- Setting up and operating power-washing equipment safely
- Interacting professionally with homeowners and business owners
- Ensuring high-quality, detail-oriented work on every job
- Working independently or in small teams
- Reporting completed jobs to management

Compensation :

- $22-$25 per hr based on experience
- Performance-based bonuses available
- Opportunity for increased hours during peak weeks

Qualifications :

- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Reliable and punctual

- Able to follow safety procedures and company standards

- Good communication skills

- Reliable transportation ( required to have personal vehicle that can carry power-washer + equipment) :

- Prior power washing or labor experience is an asset, but not required

- Hours may fluctuate based on demand
