We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support store operations, lead sales initiatives, and foster a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. Your leadership will help drive sales growth, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain the store’s smooth daily functions.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to : Customer Engagement and Service : ○ Run studio appointments and assist walk-in clientele, expertly communicating product knowledge and detailed information about the P&F; Social, Un-Bridesmaid, and Bridal Collections.

○ Assist in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

○ Assist customers in finding products, providing information about merchandise, and offering personalized styling advice.

○ Monitor sales team interactions with clients and provide coaching and support when needed to ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained.

Sales Management and Strategy : ○ Work with the store manager to understand sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.

○ Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement measures to maximize sales and profitability.

○ Encourage and motivate sales staff to meet and exceed sales targets.

○ Understand business drivers and opportunities to build sales strategies and find solutions to emerging problems.

Inventory Management : ○ Maintain physical inventory, including receiving shipments for the studio, encompassing off-the-rack, made-to-order, and e-commerce fulfillments.

- Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.




- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Support in the execution of inventory counts, pullbacks, and destocks as required.

Store Maintenance and Presentation : ○ Support in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the store.

○ Uphold the standards of product display, ensuring the right product is in the right place with the correct stock level.

Team Supervision and Development : ○ Supervise and delegate tasks to sales associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

○ Execute team touch bases focusing on creating a supportive atmosphere and ensuring everyone feels heard.

Marketing and Promotion : ○ Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.

Budget Management : ○ Assist in managing labor and studio expense budgets to ensure the studio operates at the most efficient and optimal level.

- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a retail management role with supervisory responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Weekend availability
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, POS systems, inventory control, and merchandising
- Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership qualities with a focus on team management and employee development
- Organizational skills essential for overseeing store operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks
