As Operations Accountant, you own accounting for each show and serve as a primary contact for talent and production teams. You will prepare artist wires, settle venue expenses, code invoices, and finalize profit and loss statements. The position also supports accurate month-end reporting and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and code artist final settlement wires
- Settle venue expenses and co-promotion deals
- Finalize each show’s profit and loss statement
- Code, approve, and distribute show invoices
- Maintain and adhere to internal controls

Requirements:
- Accounting degree or equivalent qualification
- Three to five years of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel and strong Oracle or Salesforce capability
- Practical use of Claude, artificial intelligence, and automation tools
- Solid communication, organization, and time-management skills

Use settlement accounting, financial reporting, and automation tools to support Live Nation artists, promoters, and production operations.
