Coordinate drivers, dispatches, and transportation loads for Seaboard Transport in Dartmouth, using TMW and transparent communication. Rotation schedules include days and ten hour shifts.

This Driver Coordinator role serves as the primary contact for assigned fleet drivers. You will manage schedules, verify customer orders, coordinate loads, and update transportation records. The work requires organization, attention to detail, and calm problem solving across daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain driver schedules and communicate variances to General Manager
- Receive, verify, and log customer orders in TMW
- Schedule loads around safety, service, and efficiency
- Communicate dispatch details, routes, and load information




- Confirm deliveries and escalate delays to operations management

Requirements:
- Post-secondary business, logistics, or related education
- Two-plus years of transportation or logistics experience
- Dispatch experience considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of ELD systems and TMW advantageous
- Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
