Job Duties
• Maintain and balance complete sets of books, including general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
• Post journal entries and prepare trial balance.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and process payroll, including maintaining payroll records and statutory deductions.
• Prepare and file GST/HST returns, payroll remittances, and other government filings.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.




• Monitor cash flow and prepare internal financial reports.
• Ensure accounting records comply with established procedures and accounting standards.
• Provide support to management by preparing financial data and reports for decision-making.

Employment Requirements
• Master of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
