Position Info:
• Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Duties:
• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure productive food preparation, customer service and overall business performance
• Review operating budgets, monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to maintain profitability
• Prepare budgets for food ingredients, kitchen supplies and cleaning materials while managing overall operating costs
• Monitor daily sales, revenue trends and labour expenses to support effective staffing and financial decisions
• Establish operational procedures to maintain consistent service standards and efficient restaurant workflows
• Recruit, train and supervise restaurant employees to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service operations
• Prepare staff schedules,



assign responsibilities and monitor employee performance to maintain adequate staffing levels
• Evaluate daily restaurant activities and introduce improvements to operational efficiency and service quality
• Oversee inventory levels of food ingredients and restaurant supplies, ensuring sufficient stock while minimizing waste
• Coordinate with food and supply vendors to negotiate pricing, arrange deliveries and maintain reliable inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and workplace health and safety requirements
• Address customer concerns and implement appropriate measures to improve customer satisfaction and service standards

Job requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
