Job responsibilities:
1- Supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.)

Assign sales workers to duties
3. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
4-Order merchandise and authorize return of merchandise
5. Establish work schedules
6-Sell merchandise and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
7-Organize and maintain inventory
8-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
9-Manage cash,Conduct performance reviews
