Job Description:
1. Supervising day-to-day operations of the retail store.
2. Training and supervising retail staff.
3. Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
4. Managing inventory and stock levels.
5. Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
6. Implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
7. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.
9. Maintaining a clean and organized store workplace.
10. Reporting to higher management on store performance and operations

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
