Description
We are hiring a Business Operations Analyst performing detailed system tests, producing reports and developing current system architectures. As a Business Systems Analyst, you must also identify the strategic objectives of our company and translate these objectives into achievable tasks for the IT department.

Duties
1. Work with business teams to gather and document requirements for data analytics, reporting, and data sets.
2. Design and implement data solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with technical teams.
3. Build and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
4. Monitor and improve data quality, identifying and fixing any issues as needed.
5. Collaborate with different teams to improve processes and automate workflows for better efficiency.
6. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics and reporting, and explore new tools and technologies.
