Responsibilities:
Direct and control daily operations.
Evaluate daily operations.
Plan and organize daily operations.
Manage staff and assign tasks.
Determine the products and services to sell.
Plan budgets and monitor income and expenses.
Determine staffing needs.
Resolve any problems that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply disruptions.
Recruiting, hiring and supervising staff and/or volunteers.
