Overtime: $77.88/hr (As per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)

Qualifications:

• Excellent problem solving, leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize activities based on company needs.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Adept at working in a rapid paced, customer-oriented environment
• Demonstrated time management, organizational and conflict resolution abilities

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Coordinate construction project activities and maintain project files, schedules and supporting documentation
• Coordinate purchase orders, material procurement and timely delivery of construction materials to job sites




• Track construction billing, accounts receivable/payable, project invoices and cost records, and provide status reports to management
• Prepare progress reports and project schedule updates for clients and management
• Maintain manpower schedules, coordinate labour transfers and work sequencing across project sites
• Hire, schedule and supervise subordinate staff and coordinate activities with project personnel and subcontractors
• Review timesheets, labour coding and related project records for accuracy and completeness
• Attend Work in Progress Meetings, track project schedules, cost to complete and action items, and follow up as required
• Maintain construction safety records, including hazard assessments, safety meeting records and incident reports
