Duties to perform:
• Engage with community members to identify social, personal, and practical challenges and provide appropriate assistance based on their individual circumstances.
• Support the delivery of charitable initiatives by coordinating services that promote community well-being and inclusion.
• Assist clients in navigating available community programs, government services, and external support networks.
• Conduct client intake activities, collect relevant information, and maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Provide guidance to newcomers, low-income individuals, seniors, and other community members requiring additional support.




• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and communication between clients and relevant service providers.
• Assist with the implementation of community-based projects, awareness campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
• Develop positive relationships with clients through regular communication and a client-focused approach.
• Support the preparation and distribution of educational materials, resource guides, and informational documents for community members.
• Monitor participation and feedback from program attendees to help improve community services and activities.
• Assist in organizing community gatherings, support sessions, and charitable events to encourage social connection.
• Coordinate with volunteers and staff members to ensure smooth execution of community programs and daily operations.
