Bolton Auto Collision is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage the company’s day-to-day financial records
and accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books, monitoring cash flow,
supporting payroll and tax reporting, and ensuring financial compliance for an automotive repair business. This role requires
strong accounting knowledge, experience with bookkeeping software, and the ability to work independently while coordinating
with management, suppliers, and external accountants.

Responsibilities & Tasks
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, Post journal entries
• Use accounting and bookkeeping software to maintain accurate
digital records and reports
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Assist in preparing financial reports
• Accept payment or invoices for items delivered
• Record and balance daily transactions
• Maintain financial information and securities listings
• Maintain accurate records
• Record daily business transactions related to vehicle repairs, parts purchases, insurance payments, and customer invoices




• Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments, including insurance and third-party billings
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
