• Position: Beauty Shop Manager
• Terms of employment: Full time, Permanent
• Wage: $38.50/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
• Oversee and manage routine salon operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Organize daily work schedules and coordinate operational activities for the salon
• Monitor salon expenditure, allocate budgets, and maintain optimal stock levels
• Recruit, onboard, and provide leadership to salon staff
• Assess daily performance and operational efficiency to improve service quality
• Develop and enforce workplace standards, procedures,



and operational guidelines for employees
• Administer promotional agreements and oversee marketing initiatives to promote services
• Resolve client inquiries, issues, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Job requirements:
• Experience: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the beauty salon industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
