Position: Financial Manager (NOC 10010)
Wages: $65.00 per hour for 35-40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Full time, Temporary
Job duties:

● Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the internal operations of AMP Corp's accounting and financial advisory departments.
● Develop and implement internal financial policies, billing systems, and operational procedures tailored to the firm's accounting and tax services.
● Prepare and coordinate the preparation of internal financial statements, revenue summaries across different service lines, cost-benefit analyses, and financial management reports for the firm's partners.
● Coordinate the internal financial planning and annual budget process for AMP Corp, and analyze and correct revenue estimates based on tax season forecasts.
● Supervise the development and implementation of financial simulation models to forecast the firm's advisory growth.
● Evaluate internal financial reporting tools, accounting procedures, and software systems,



making recommendations for operational improvements and budget controls to senior management.
● Recruit, organize, train, and manage internal financial staff, ensuring the team upholds the firm's values of integrity, trust, and service.
● Act as a financial liaison between AMP Corp and its external stakeholders, financial institutions, or managing partners.
● Establish profitability standards for the firm's internal investments and evaluate the financial viability of potential firm expansions or acquisitions.
● Notify and report directly to senior management regarding critical financial trends, cash flow metrics, and overall performance impacting the firm's profitability.

Education: Completion of a Bachelors Degree is required.
Work Experience: Several years (3-5 years) of experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial planning and analysis or other financial activities are required.
