Job Summary
Ryan Shearer Agencies Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop and coordinate marketing strategies, conduct market research, and manage promotional campaigns for its insurance business. The role combines digital marketing, graphic design, and analytics to reach target audiences, evaluate campaign performance, and provide actionable insights that strengthen client engagement and support business growth.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Arrangement: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Develop communication strategies and policies; evaluate communication strategies and programs; prepare written materials such as reports, briefs, and website content; supervise professional and support staff and students; perform administrative tasks; develop venture capital sources; recruit and hire staff; conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers; assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters,



and other materials; coordinate special publicity events and promotions; conduct public opinion and attitude surveys; gather, research, and prepare communications materials; conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development potential and future trends; design market research questionnaires; develop a portfolio of marketing materials; conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and website promotions; develop marketing strategies; ensure that appropriate business and commercial licenses are in place; deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia; develop and implement business plans; maintain and manage digital databases; and consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support.
