Responsibilities
Tasks

Recruit, train, and provide guidance to cleaning staff to ensure efficient performance of assigned duties.
Supervise, organize, and coordinate daily cleaning activities to keep operations running smoothly.
Conduct regular inspections of premises and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Identify maintenance needs and recommend or arrange additional services, including painting, repairs,



renovations, and replacement of furniture or equipment.
Collect and process payments for specialized cleaning services as required.
Assist cleaning staff with daily tasks and provide support as needed to maintain service quality.
Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Prepare and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and effective allocation of duties.
