Edo Japan (Fruit Union) is looking for a Full-Time Food Services Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-35 hours per week, $38.50/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of a Edo Japan quick-service kiosk restaurant.
• Implement operational procedures to ensure productive food preparation, order fulfillment and customer service.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff.
• Prepare work schedules, assign duties and monitor employee performance.
• Ensure food quality, portion control and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, order food, packaging and supplies, and minimize waste.
• Control costs, monitor sales and implement measures to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, food safety and workplace safety regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high standards of customer service.




• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food products and supplies.
• Oversee cash handling, point-of-sale operations and daily sales reporting.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance and maintenance of the kiosk and equipment.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience.
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management OR equivalent experience.
• Language in the workplace is English.
