Miki’s Breakfast & Sushi is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team.

Position: Restaurant Manager (Permanent)
Employer: Mikischoice Enterprises Ltd. o/a Miki’s Breakfast & Sushi
Working Address: 1319 Shoppers Row, Campbell River, BC, V9W 2C9, Canada
Wage: $38.00/hr (Overtime pay to be paid at 1.5 regular wage after 8 hrs/day and after 40 hrs/week.
Working Hours: 30 hours/wk (full-time)
Advantages: 10 days paid vacation or 4 % vacation fee

Job Duties but not limited to the following:
- Plan, coordinate, and organize day-to-day operations and assess daily restaurant operations
- Adjust food preparation methods and menu pricing in line with budget requirements
- Track revenues to assess and manage labour costs and calculate and control the cost of products and services
- Recruit and hire staff and oversee and evaluate staff performance




- Create and manage staff work schedules and supervise staff during all shifts
- Determine the types of services offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations
- Contribute to marketing planning and execution
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns

Qualification:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Completion of a college/CEGEP or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management or equivalent experience required.
- 1-2 years of experience is required.
- Ability to communicate in English is required.
