Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily in office operations, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines. This role offers an opportunity to lead construction teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure project specifications are met efficiently. The Site Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of construction processes while fostering a productive work environment.

Duties:
Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely and on time
Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings to maintain a safe work environment
Manage on-site personnel, assign tasks,



and supervise subcontractors to optimize productivity
Ensure compliance with project drawings and technical requirements

Skills:
Proven supervisory experience in the construction industry with strong leadership abilities
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures within construction projects
Experience coordinating crews and construction activities on-site
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination among team members
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices on construction sites
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
