Job Duties:
1. Lead and organize daily tasks for crews involved in marble installation, stone cutting, polishing, surface finishing, and related construction activities in both residential and commercial projects.
2. Plan work sequences and allocate responsibilities to ensure project timelines are met, while coordinating with other subcontractors and trades working on-site.
3. Address operational challenges as they arise and implement solutions that enhance workflow efficiency and improve the overall quality of completed stonework.
4. Request and manage the delivery of materials, tools, and supplies required for ongoing and upcoming jobs.
5. Provide training to workers on installation techniques, safety standards, equipment use, and company procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Recommend staffing decisions, including hiring, promotions, and role adjustments, to support team performance and project needs.
7. Prepare and maintain documentation such as progress updates, quality checks, and site activity reports for management review.
8. When required, assist in overseeing aspects of the company’s operations, including scheduling, client communication, and project coordination.
9. Supervise and guide apprentices, helpers, and general laborers, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and support the skilled trades team.

Qualifications:
1. Completion of secondary school.
2. Proven at least 1 to 2 years' relevant experience.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, able to working in the fast-paced environment and under pressure.
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and able to meet deadline and work over-time.
7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Robust communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with restaurant staff.
