Job Summary

The employer is seeking a qualified and reliable Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, administration, and efficient functioning of facilities and associated real estate. The successful candidate will coordinate maintenance and repair activities, manage operational budgets, supervise staff, oversee facility services, and ensure that facilities are maintained in a safe, efficient, and well-organized manner.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Evaluate the operations of facilities and the associated real estate to ensure efficient and effective functioning.

Oversee the preparation of operational reports, records, and statistics relating to areas of responsibility.

Estimate the costs associated with installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and facility services.

Direct the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems within the establishment.

Hire staff and oversee their training, supervision, and ongoing performance.

Oversee the leasing of facility space and associated real estate, including the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

Prepare, plan, and manage the facility's operating budget and monitor expenditures.

Plan,



organize, and direct administrative and facility support services, including signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.

Train customers' staff in the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, where required.

Investigate and resolve product- and service-related problems to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Supervise the activities of other technical sales specialists, where applicable.

Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory records and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.

Employment Requirements

Education

Secondary school graduation certificate.

Experience

One year to less than two years of relevant work experience.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Microsoft Access.

Microsoft Office.

Microsoft Windows.
