Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

Job Duties:

* Greet customers and present menus;
* Explain menu items and make recommendations upon request;
* Accurately take customers’ food and beverage orders;
* Serve food and beverages to customers;
* Answer questions about menu items and their ingredients;
* Attend to customers’ needs throughout their meals;
* Present bills and process payments;
* Clear and clean tables after service;
* Set tables and replenish supplies;
* Communicate customers’ orders and special requests to kitchen staff;
* Assist with opening and closing duties; and
* Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area in compliance with food safety standards.

Job Requirements:

* At least one year of experience as a food and beverage server;
* Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays; and
* A secondary school diploma is considered an asset.
