About the Role
Talentsphere is recruiting for boutique firm with a roster of repeat franchise clients. This is a rapid-paced environment; their ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial internationally trained interior designer excellent in AutoCAD, experienced mentoring others wanting to continue building their leadership skills.
* This role is non-hybrid and requires daily office collaboration. *
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design and a portfolio of franchise bar and restaurant work.
- Minimum 5 years of design experience including mentoring others - solid OBC and AODA skills
- A car and G license; experience visiting sites for design compliance
- Software Skills: AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign, SketchUp
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills; able to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Strong product knowledge of furniture, fabrics, mood boards & palettes, lighting, & finishes.
