Role: Power BI Technical Lead

Role Summary

- We are seeking an experienced Power BI Technical Lead to lead the design, development, performance optimization, and support of enterprise Finance reporting solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on Power BI expertise along with solid working knowledge of Snowflake, data modeling, and modern data-integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design and development of scalable Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions.
- Drive performance optimization across reports, DAX calculations, data models, and refresh processes.
- Design efficient data models integrating Power BI with Snowflake and other enterprise data sources.
- Troubleshoot reporting, performance, refresh, and upstream data-quality issues.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code/design reviews, and development standards for the Power BI team.
- Partner with Finance,



data engineering, and platform teams to translate business requirements into robust reporting solutions.
- Support production releases, incident/root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of the reporting platform.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and performance tuning.
- Valuable knowledge of Snowflake, including SQL, data structures, views, and query/performance concepts.
- Strong SQL and dimensional/data-modeling skills.
- Experience with enterprise-scale BI solutions, data quality, reconciliation, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities.
- Experience in Finance or Financial Services reporting is highly desirable.
