Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager - Enterprise AI leads the end-to-end management of strategic AI initiatives within the organization. This role drives the identification, prioritization, and delivery of AI products that address complex business challenges, ensuring measurable value and adoption across enterprise functions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Senior Product Manager shapes AI roadmaps, governs investments, and champions responsible AI practices to support digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

- Lead intake, assessment, and prioritization of enterprise AI opportunities and use cases.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise AI product roadmap balancing business value, feasibility, risk, and delivery capacity.
- Engage stakeholders to identify business needs, data priorities, and capability gaps.
- Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI products, requirements, success measures, and outcomes.
- Provide leadership throughout the product lifecycle from discovery to adoption and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate across business, data science, engineering, architecture, technology, project delivery, and governance teams.
- Collaborate with Privacy, Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Governance, and Responsible AI control functions.
- Develop business cases, value propositions, KPIs, and benefits realization measures for AI initiatives.
- Monitor adoption and outcomes, recommending scaling, enhancement, or retirement of AI solutions.
- Identify opportunities for reusable enterprise AI and data capabilities across business areas.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in AI/ML and Generative AI product delivery with technical expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Foundry/Azure AI Foundry, LLMs, RAG, and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and business cases.




- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of AI/ML pipelines, model evaluation, predictive modeling, and analytics techniques.
