- Deliver consistent, high-quality work that supports Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
- Prepare, package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring products are ready for the next day with high quality presentation and accurate signage.
- Receive, unpack,



organize, and replenish product efficiently to maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize shrink.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including: sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a solid focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
- Complete designated overnight setup and closing procedures to ensure a smooth transition to daytime operations.
- Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
