Our client, logistics and warehousing operations is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting day-to-day shipping, receiving, and value-added production activities. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to solve problems with attention to detail, and the drive to work safely and consistently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Georgetown, ON

Day shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday - $19.25/hr
Night shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am Sunday to Thursday - $20.75/hr

What's the Job?

- Perform shipping tasks including box making, order picking, void fill, packing, and LTL sorting
- Support receiving by unloading materials manually and preparing items for processing
- Complete value-added services such as kitting, labeling, and production assembly as assigned
- Assist with loading activities including manual loading, line loading, cart building, and trailer loading
- Maintain a clean and safe work area through housekeeping, detrashing pallets, and trash removal/bailing

What's Needed?

- Verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and meet set performance and safety standards
- Analytical and problem-solving ability with a detail-oriented approach to tasks
- Team player mindset and willingness to take direction from management
- Ability to perform physically intensive warehouse work, including reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, walking, and standing for periods of time




- Ability to work in a warehousing environment that can be busy and noisy at times; experience in manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing is desired but not required
