Overview

The Automotive Warranty Administrator coordinates warranty claims and supporting records, helping ensure submissions are complete, organized, and ready for review. This role supports efficient communication between customers, colleagues, and warranty providers while keeping claim information accessible and accurate.

Duties

- Prepare, review, and submit warranty claims, checking documentation for completeness and following applicable procedures.
- Maintain organized claim files through accurate filing, record updates, and timely retrieval of supporting documents.
- Track claim status, follow up on outstanding items, and communicate updates to relevant colleagues and customers.
- Your impact: Clear, well-maintained claim records help colleagues resolve warranty questions and keep customers informed.
- Service counter support person responsibilities will also be part of this position including phones, customer interaction etc

Qualifications





Required: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and practical filing abilities support accurate claim documentation and dependable follow-up. Transparent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills help you maintain records and coordinate claim updates. Preferred: Clerical experience is helpful, along with familiarity with medical terminology and experience handling detailed documents or administrative records. These strengths support careful review of claim information and effective collaboration with colleagues.
