SKOTIDAKIS, a leader in Greek yogurt and Feta cheese manufacturing, is looking for a Pallet Stacker to join our production team.

This is a full-time day-shift position offering $18.50 per hour. The successful candidate must be available to work weekdays and weekends and be physically able to lift products weighing 10–20 kg.

Job Summary

The Pallet Stacker is responsible for manually stacking finished products onto pallets and operating pallet-handling equipment to move completed pallets to designated areas. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manually stack finished products onto pallets according to established stacking patterns.
- Lift and place products weighing 10–20 kg (22–44 lbs) onto pallets.
- Ensure products are stacked evenly, securely, and safely to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
- Ensure pallets are properly organized and ready for transportation or storage.
- Maintain a steady workflow to support production requirements.
- Inspect products and packaging for visible damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Keep the palletizing area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.




- Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report safety concerns, product issues, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor or team leader.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the work area as required.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or food manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Ability to perform repetitive manual lifting and stacking.
- Ability to lift and handle products weighing 10–20 kg (22–44 lbs).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and stack products weighing 10–20 kg (22–44 lbs) regularly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work safely in a food manufacturing workplace.
