What you will do:
The Property Restoration Technician position can include restoration activities such as:
· Demolition
· Cleaning of damaged properties
· Fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization
· Moving and storage of contents with extreme care
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
· Compliance with safety procedures
· Scheduled “on call" after-hours and weekend rotation (overtime)
· Work in all weather conditions, at heights and in tight spaces
· And other specialized activities both on-site and in the warehouse.
What we are looking for:
· Strength to lift heavy objects (50 lbs)
· No experience is needed as we will provide training.
· Ability to work efficiently
· Accountability to work without supervision
· Valid class 5 driver's license
· Valuable driving history record
· Honesty (always the best policy)
· Self-starter with attention to detail
Experience/certifications of the following will increase your negotiable wage:
· Construction/Restoration experience
· Health & safety training and certifications
· Basic hand tools and steel-toed boots
