Lead community health programs for Saskatoon Tribal Council through clinical oversight, operational management, and culturally safe service delivery. Support Member Nations and urban Indigenous communities.

The Community Health Program Manager oversees Community Health Nursing, Communicable Disease, Tuberculosis, Opioid Agonist Therapy, vaccine distribution, and the STC Health Centre. Reporting to the Director of Wellness, this position coordinates programs, supervises nursing staff, and supports the Health Centre Supervisor.

The work advances organizational priorities through quality improvement, program evaluation, fiscal accountability, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage operations across STC Community Health Programs
- Provide clinical supervision to registered and community health nurses
- Support Health Centre scheduling, workflow,



and service delivery
- Coordinate quality improvement and program evaluation activities
- Develop partnerships with Member Nations and health organizations
