This Onsite Field Services Technician supports conference technology, plant-installed Android television boxes, and escalated system issues. The position involves installing and refreshing Polycom units, coordinating complex equipment changes, and supporting project activities. You will also guide clients, document systems, and follow escalation policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and refresh Polycom conference room units
- Maintain conference rooms in surrounding client locations
- Assess diagnostics and determine alternative corrective actions
- Coordinate integrated equipment installs, moves, adds, and changes
- Provide client guidance and training on systems
Requirements:
- College or university computer education considered an asset
- Experience with Polycom video conferencing solutions considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- ServiceNow ticketing experience and escalation policy familiarity
