Staffmax is supporting our client in hiring reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Associates for a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are dedicated to quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Calgary, AB
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Assemble, inspect, and package products in accordance with quality standards
- Follow production schedules and ensure daily targets are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
- Perform basic machine setup and assist with troubleshooting as needed
- Accurately complete production documentation and report any issues to supervisors
- Comply with all health, safety, and company policies
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is an asset
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
- High attention to detail and a commitment to product quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a robust work ethic
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
