This Senior Analyst supports strategic decision-making and operational excellence through forecasting, budgeting, and consolidated reporting. You will build scenario-based models, analyze EBITDA and NOI, and turn complex performance into executive-ready recommendations. The work modernizes enterprise FP&A; capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate quarterly forecasts and annual budget consolidation
- Build scenario and sensitivity financial models
- Prepare consolidated reports and variance analyses
- Translate performance into presentations, dashboards, and narratives
- Modernize reporting through automation and AI-enabled analysis

Requirements:

- University degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Three to five years of progressive FP&A; experience
- Expert financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency with AI tools for analysis and automation
- Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools experience
