Key Responsibilities
- Process daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and money orders
- Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction accuracy
- Promote financial products and identify referral opportunities
- Build strong member relationships through exceptional service
- Follow security, compliance, and fraud prevention procedures
- Collaborate with team members to support branch goals and operations
Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Banking or financial services experience is an asset
- Robust communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
