This Senior Software Engineer position focuses on highly reliable, mission-critical software and individual ownership. You will apply engineering principles across caching, process and asynchronous processing, while using technologies including Spring, Hibernate, and Backbone.js. The work includes detailed design, implementation, peer review, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement structured code for metrics monitoring and logging
- Perform peer reviews across engineering work
- Deliver detailed project designs and drive completion
- Scope engineering efforts, plans, and dependencies




- Interface with QA, Product, Support, Documentation, and UX

Requirements:

- Four or more years developing highly reliable software
- Experience building mission-critical software at scale
- Excellent grasp of software engineering principles
- Solid server-side caching and asynchronous processing knowledge
- Understanding of REST or API design
