Lead complex valuations and financial modelling with BDO Canada LLP’s Valuations & Modelling team in Toronto through a blended work model.

As Manager, you will deliver valuation services for enterprise clients and institutional investors across industries. Apply valuation methodologies, financial statement analysis, and business acumen across reporting, tax, compliance, and transaction engagements. Collaborate with senior valuation professionals, clients, and junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage business valuation engagements for reporting, tax, compliance, and transactions
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation modelling using established methodologies
- Prepare and review valuation reports, presentations, and supporting documentation
- Support fairness opinions, audit assistance, and investment entity reviews




- Mentor CBV students and analysts while coordinating engagement delivery

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or business
- Five to eight years’ skilled experience in valuation or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis
- CBV designation or active pursuit; CPA or CFA considered assets
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple engagements
