Workday Finance development at Telesat centers on configuration, integrations, SQL, and secure enterprise reporting. This position is based in Canada.

As a Workday Developer, you will support finance-focused configuration, security, reporting, custom integrations, APIs, and user support. The work spans financial processes, HCM exposure, tenant environments, data pipelines, and advanced analytics. Familiarity with Workday AI Agents, AI Gateway, and agentic workflows adds value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure core financial and HCM business processes
- Maintain Production, Sandbox, and Preview environments
- Manage security, roles, access controls, and privacy
- Develop reports, calculated fields, analytics, and dashboards




- Build and troubleshoot API-based integrations and data pipelines

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of Finance-focused Workday technical experience
- Practical Workday configuration, security, and advanced reporting knowledge
- Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, REST, and SOAP expertise
- Intermediate SQL for analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field
