About the Role

A well-established general contractor and construction management firm in Toronto is looking for a seasoned Site Superintendent to lead its commercial interiors and corporate fit-out projects. This is a hands‑on role. You will run the day‑to‑day on site, from demo through closeout, on high‑end tenant improvement projects including professional workspaces, multi‑floor office build‑outs and corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities

- Lead day‑to‑day site operations on commercial interior and corporate fit‑out projects, from demolition through closeout
- Coordinate and manage trades and subtrades on site
- Manage the project schedule and flag delays early
- Enforce health and safety requirements and keep daily site documentation current




- Drive quality control and manage deficiency lists through to close‑out
- Work closely with the project team, clients and stakeholders to keep projects on track

Qualifications

- 7+ years of site supervision experience in commercial interiors and office fit‑outs, including projects over $5M
- Strong grasp of scheduling, trade coordination, health and safety, and quality control
- Track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Strong leadership and a collaborative, “one team” mindset

Compensation and Benefits

- $110,000–$150,000 per year, depending on experience
