As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build and deploy AI applications for tax preparation, audit testing, workpaper automation, validation, and regulatory analysis. You will lead simpler client builds while partnering with Staff and Principal engineers on complex solutions. Your work includes RAG pipelines, custom agents, backend services, and measurable evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own delivery for simpler builds and standard integrations
- Build RAG pipelines, custom agents, and agentic workflows
- Develop secure, scalable backend services and integrations




- Establish evaluation, monitoring, tracing, and adversarial testing
- Support deployments, incidents, runbooks, and handoffs

Requirements:

- Five or more years of software engineering experience
- Two or more years building production AI applications
- Robust Python, REST API, asynchronous, and event-driven experience
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
- Cloud, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and observability experience
