Lead ServiceNow HR product direction at TD in Toronto, using roadmap planning and AI innovation to improve colleague support. This role is based in Toronto, Ontario.

As a Product Owner I, you will guide AskHR, TD’s ServiceNow-based HR help desk application. You will connect business insight, product strategy, and platform capability while collaborating with technology teams and stakeholders. Your work will focus on backlog management, Agile delivery, workflow automation, and meaningful improvements to colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AskHR product planning and prioritization
- Develop roadmaps supporting colleague experience and business priorities
- Create, maintain, and continuously reprioritize user stories




- Explore AI capabilities and intelligent automation opportunities
- Measure performance and evolve the product using feedback

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or product certificate
- Seven or more years of relevant experience
- Three or more years of Product Owner or Agile delivery experience
- ServiceNow and HR Service Delivery experience
- Backlog management, roadmap development, and stakeholder collaboration skills
