Job Description How You Will Contribute The position is responsible for leading the site’s Education & Training Pillar and working with all site Pillars to drive robust training systems to build capability across the organization. In this role the incumbent will be responsible for the skill assessment and certification process, developing and documenting training programs, developing trainer identification and certification process, and building training facilities within the plant to support both self-directed learning and knowledge transfer processes. This roles works to engrain a learning culture in the plant aligned with High Performance Work System concepts. This role also works in collaboration with Org and Leadership Pillars to develop a results-driven, sustainable Succession Plan for all levels of the Site. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
